Our Story

Four Decades of
Stone Mastery

Founded in 1980 in Kelwa, Rajsamand - the marble capital of India - Vikas Marmo & Mines Pvt. Ltd. has grown from a regional stone trader to one of India's most respected vertically integrated marble companies.

We own and operate multiple mines in the Rajsamand belt, process raw blocks through our state-of-the-art factory, and supply directly to retail clients, contractors, temples, and exporters across India and the world.

Founded in Kelwa, Rajsamand. Began as a marble trading firm serving local markets.

1991

Incorporated as Vikas Marmo & Mines Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U14101RJ1991PTC006000).

2000s

Expanded into full-scale processing - gang saws, polishing lines, and cutting units installed. First mine lease acquired.

2015

First international export shipment. Established export relations with buyers in China.

2022

Commissioned solar power plant on factory roof. 500+ KW capacity - sustainable stone production.

Our Standards

Quality at Every Step

Mine-Level Selection

Every block is visually inspected at the mine. Blocks with structural defects or unacceptable colour variation are rejected before processing begins. Only A-grade material enters our factory.

Lot Numbering & Tracking

Each block receives a unique lot number (e.g. LHDD2023, CTM series). Complete traceability from quarry to delivery - critical for matching material across large projects.

Precision Processing

Modern gang saws and cutting equipment ensure dimensional accuracy to ±1mm. Polishing lines achieve mirror, honed, and matte finishes to international standards.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

All export consignments are photographed lot-by-lot before loading. International buyers receive detailed slab images and measurements. Third-party inspection available on request.
